Who we are

This website is run by Arjun Myanger & Sebastian Summers. We are responsible for the personal details you send us through it.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to give us: your business name, phone number, website address, the services and package you're interested in, and any notes.

We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a mockup or quote if you ask for one, and, if you become a client, to do the work you've asked for. We don't add you to a mailing list and we never sell or share your details for marketing.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and, if you go ahead, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Who else sees it

The form sends your enquiry to us by email using Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel, which may keep short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses to keep the site running and secure. Both act only on our instructions. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, and where your details are transferred abroad they are protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as we work together and then for as long as the law requires for our business records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. To do any of these, reply to any email we've sent you, or send a message through the form on our home page.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
